I started my travel agency after planning my destination wedding & honeymoon in Hawaii in 2022 on my own, with a baby to care for & a full time job! 

"Planning this is a real job? Why am I not doing this?!"

Salty Luxe Travel was officially born before our plane landed back home. Two years later my agency has become the premier resource for families craving personalized escapes worldwide. 

Today, I focus on designing immersive, indulgent itineraries that marry superior client care with VIP access. 

My Story

My first time traveling anywhere BIG was to Kauai, Hawaii in 2009. This trip changed everything for me and my love for travel (and Hawaii) grew even stronger. I took several trips with friends to the Caribbean, including Jamaica, Dominican Republic & many more! In 2022, my husband and I eloped in Oahu, Hawaii on the most stunning beach. I planned every detail from the elopement to the honeymoon! It was truly magical. 

But travel took a back seat for me; my husband was busy coaching his son in travel sports, and I was busy raising our little ones. At a certain point, however, the "busy-ness" of life became the exact reason why we needed to travel. I wanted my sons to see that life extended far beyond the screens and our repetitive weekly schedules and I needed to to fill my cup, too. 

So I planned a big family trip to Oahu, Hawaii for us during Spring Break, when the boys were 17, 3 & 6 months old. We spent the week exploring, hiking, snorkeling, diving into their culture, relaxing on the beach, Luau, & enjoying family dinners. We showed them where we got married, too! Hawaii is very family-friendly! The connection we felt during this trip is exactly what I was hoping for. 

I watched as my sons' worlds expanded right before their eyes. I made it my mission to plan exceptional, enriching travel experiences together that will create memories to last a lifetime.
